Webpages periodically down on january 02, due to more changes (the old story - new external IP/DNS update).
Hopefully this is the final change!!

Webpages will be periodically down on the 20th to 23th (line upgrade/DNS update).

These pages require at least 1024x768 resolution, at least 16bit colors and Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), to be
shown correctly.  Lower resolution and other browsers might work but has not been tested.
Tip: Press F11 for full screen in IE.
